Hazards of Missionary Work

The hazards of missionary work are sometimes no more than the hazards of life for any individual. But those hazards can be substantial:

Early this morning, as predicted, the Villarrica volcano erupted. Many thousands of residents in the area were evacuated because of volcanic material and snow melt from the mountain. GMSA Missionaries Dan and Liz Thompson live nearby at the Lican Ray camp. Everyone is safe.

Pray for your missionaries: for hazards unique to their Christian work, and for those that come to us all in this world.
